Capacity questions
01 Is the path protected?
Yes. Every circuit rides a protected metro path over diverse fiber routes. Failover is sub-second and transparent to your traffic. Optionally we deliver two unprotected circuits on guaranteed diverse routes.
02 Do you support jumbo frames?
Yes, MTU 9000 end to end on all circuit speeds. State the MTU you need on order and we verify it at handover.
03 Can I get L2 to Frankfurt?
Yes. Equinix Frankfurt is on our own transport, and Prague ↔ Frankfurt circuits are delivered like any other, quoted per route.
04 How is an L2 circuit billed?
Flat monthly fee per circuit at the contracted speed — no traffic accounting, no 95th percentile. Optics included on both ends.
