01 Who manages the cluster?
Your choice. Fully managed: we operate hypervisor, storage and network 24/7 and you consume VMs. Co-managed: you hold platform admin and we keep hardware, firmware and network in SLA.
02 Can I migrate from VMware without downtime?
Near-zero. We build the target Proxmox cluster, replicate your VMs with proven migration tooling, and cut over per-VM in agreed windows.
03 What happens when a node fails?
HA restarts affected VMs on remaining nodes within minutes; Ceph rebuilds redundancy automatically. Hardware replacement is our problem — typically same business day.
04 How is the pricing structured?
Flat monthly per cluster — including hardware, rack space, power, interconnect and platform support. Proxmox VE carries no hypervisor licensing fees, so there is nothing passed through.
